The Planning and Zoning Commission provides long range planning services and reviews land use plans for consistency with City plans. The Committee also reviews ordinances and makes recommendations to the City Council for revisions, etc.  They also review and make recommendations for Conditional Use Permits, Variances, Rezoning, Annexation, Platting, Permits and other duties the City Council may assign.

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the first Monday of each month at 5:00 pm in the Isle City Center Chamber Room.

If there are no permits or variance request no meeting will be held. Please call the City Clerks office to find out if there will be a meeting that month.
